“ We came for brunch and ordered the shrimp and grits, which was excellent. The grits were buttery and smooth, and the sauce was an herbaceous compliment. The frozen rum prunch was also delicious. The dining area is small and has a bit of a cozy cottage feel. There was one server for the packed dining room. A great option for smaller groups, weekday dining, or a chill weekend when grabbing a snack at the attached bakery and waiting 30 minutes for a table won't be a deal breaker. ”

“ Another great brunch spot in the neighborhood: the restaurant in always busy during weekend mornings so come early! We ordered pancakes and French toast and guys, let me tell you, the caramelized apple in the French toast is just AMAZINGtried to make it at home but just not as good We also had a lovely conversation with the lady next to us during brunch, so i guess it is a great spot for knowing new people too ”

“ Can’t speak to atmosphere as I ordered for delivery/catering order, but the food and delivery service were 10/10! Everything was so excellently seasoned and flavorful, appropriately tender and moist....just a stunning presentation all around! Notable standouts: rotisserie chicken, bedstuy wings, Atlantic salmon, steak, rotisserie chicken and the MAC & CHEESE. Ok literally everything we ordered was yum yum yum. This will be my go to catering spot going forward! ”
“ Really nicely decorated. If you identify as a black woman, you will feel celebrated seeing all of the vibrant art on their cushions, paintings and other decorative pieces. Service was great, the server was so attentive the owner stepped out to let me know where the best spot was for my office work. I ordered a latte w/ almond milk, the Zaca Platter and their pancakes. The grits in the Zaca platter was too good; well seasoned and the salsa verde is something I’m going to add to my scrambled eggs going forward. The pancakes were fluffy and crispy on the edges. Such a great spot and the prices are so reasonable for the quality of food you enjoy. ”
